yeah. it's the 14th 0f February 0f the year 2009 and i think i'm pretty Late t0 greet every0ne a HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY. i'm n0t sure if any0ne's 0bLiged t0 greet pe0pLe 0n this day.
anyways.. if s0me0ne has t0 ask me what i did t0day.. weLL.. i can give y0u a List 0f the activites i did t0day. aLL past tense.

HERE:

►►10AM+:
my m0m w0ke me up and asked me t0 take her bL0od pressure.
the first i g0t was 140/110. whoa. that was high. she said she'LL g0 0ut with my dad and buy her medicine t0 L0wer it d0wn. and bef0re i Let them Leave, i 0bLiged t0 take her BP again.
this time, it was 135/100. i t0Ld her t0 take her medicine right away after she'd b0ught it. [0f c0urse i was w0rried. ~~because it's my m0m. and if i get w0rried with my patients, it's x1000 with my famiLy.]. and a high BP f0r a hypertensive may be aLarming and yet n0b0dy may kn0w it. and i just attended a seminar ab0ut CAD --Coronary Artery Diseases, which made me m0re aware 0f s0me things. i just want t0 menti0n that the speaker was excepti0naL --Dr. Bellosillo.]

i started t0 c0ntinue reading *TWILIGHT* that i b0rr0wed fr0m aian. =)
but i g0t tired with changing p0siti0ns sitting at the s0fa. i c0ntinued reading a Li'L m0re..



►►11:30AM
m0m and dad was stiLL 0ut s0 we decided t0 eat Lunch aLready. i Liked the fish better than the chiken [0r duck??]. and i t0ok a tabLet 0f antihistamine bef0re i ate.



►►12:30PM
m0m and dad arrived. they br0ught my white sh0es [that's g0t streaks 0f bLack 0n it] with them but g0t n0 Luck 0f getting them "spray-painted" s0 they'd L0ok brand new 0r at Least weLL taken care 0f.. but they were abLe t0 exchange janjan's new pair 0f C0nverse with a Larger size. and they b0ught nikk0 a new pair 0f bLack sh0es which made me think that it was actuaLLy f0r his upc0ming pr0m. 0h, i f0rg0t. they b0ught me a spray paint instead that my dad appLied aLL 0ver my white sh0es [that's g0t streaks 0f bLack 0n it] and it was Like *magic* that the pair L0oked brand-new again. that pLeased me. =) and they t0Ld me t0 Let it dry under the sun and wait f0r the 2nd c0ating. --and they ate Lunch.



►►1:10PM+
i c0ntinued reading *TWILIGHT* but my dad c0mpLained ab0ut s0mething s0 i just th0ught 0f taking an "aftern0on nap". after aLL, i needed m0re sLeep c0z 0f the 2 weeks "N0 SLEEP ME". and s0 i managed t0 d0ze 0ff as s0on as i cL0sed my eyes.



►►4:30PM+
i w0ke up. [actuaLLy, i w0ke up a c0upLe 0f times aLready but i was t0o Lazy t0 get up and s0 i aLways ended up g0ing back t0 sLeep.] but this time, i g0t up. i t0ok s0me snack and t0ok a sh0wer. after that, i c0ntinued *TWILIGHT*.

i th0ught i sh0uLd start "THIS". and s0 i was typing untiL n0w that it's aLready 7PM in 0ur waLL cL0ck.
